Applying to an agency means sending personal details and photos. Here's exactly what happens to them.
Who we are
Seven Talent Toronto is a model and talent agency based in Toronto, Ontario. Questions about your information go to apply@seventoronto.com.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, contact details, date of birth, location, work eligibility, measurements, social media handles, experience, your answers to the personality questions, and the photos you upload. If you're under 18, we also collect a parent or guardian's name and email.
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is anonymous and cookie-free: it tells us which pages are popular, not who you are. Your browser remembers your board view and any shortlist you make, and that stays on your device.
Why we collect it
Only to review your application, contact you about representation or a casting you submitted for, and, if you're a fit, put you forward to clients. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who sees it
Agency staff who review applications. We share your details or photos with a client only for a specific casting, and only after we've talked to you about it.
We use a few service providers to run the form: UploadThing stores the photos you upload, Resend delivers your application to our inbox, and Vercel hosts the site. They handle your information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
If we don't sign you or book you, we delete your application and photos within 12 months. If you join the agency, we keep what we need to represent you for as long as you're with us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing apply@seventoronto.com. You can also withdraw your application whenever you like.
Casting uploads
If we ask you to upload photos or videos through our private casting area, we use them only for that project and delete them within 90 days after it wraps, unless you join the board.
Applicants under 18
We only talk to applicants under 18 with a parent or guardian involved, and we never ask anyone under 18 for swimwear or lingerie photos.
